Tab to Enter key

Hi,

Can we make infopath jump one fields to another fields by enter key
press? How can we trigger enter key as convert it to tabs key.

Sorry, though some other applications use this method, InfoPath does not support this. I know of no way to make this happen.

Can we add addtional JavaScript to InfoPath?
Like trigger onKeyDown event?

Sorry - such events are not supported. InfoPath is sandboxed against such script. You could only do this in the task pane, but not in the main views.

Hi,

Why sandboxed cannot support such script? As I know some browser are
also implement in sandboxed. If not mistake IE7 also work in sandboxed
right?

Then why all those application can run java script without any problem.
It's because Microsoft InfoPath not fully interpret java scripting in there
implementation?

I'm not sure of the exact details. Perhaps someone on the InfoPath team might wish to jump in here.

When we were first designing InfoPath, these kinds of things were supported, but a security decision at one point turned that around and removed these features. Other than to tell you that they are not supported, I can't offer any more information on the reasoning, etc.
