Tabbed document interface

Does anybody know of any addons/tools to give Word 2002/2003 a tabbed
interface like NoteTab+ (or IE7/Firefox).
I do not want to group applications in the task bar, unless there's a way to
switch that on just for one application (in this case, Word).

Not from Microsoft, but there are a few third-party addins available
that do this. Ask Google.
