Tabbed Form - Need to Down Arrow from tab to first field

How do I command a tabbed form to go from the last field
on a page to "Tab" to the tab of that page, where I can
right or left arrow to the other tabbed pages of that
form, and then from that page's tab to down arrow to the
first field on that page?

Use <Ctrl>-<Tab> instead of the <Tab> key.

Thank you! But, <Control> <Tab> allows me to bounce from
one tab to the next. I would like to go from the tab to
the first field on that page without having to use the
mouse.
