Tabbed forms

I need help creating tabbed forms. Currently, I have a long form and I wanted
to break it down by using tabs. I tried using buttons to jump back and forth
between views but the buttons do not resemble tabs. Any advice on how to go
about doing this? Thanks in advance.

Right-click on the button and go to borders and shading and remove the
border, then select a color...this will make a flat looking tab...add this
and others to a table layout across the top of the page and viola, you have a
tabbed UI...you can then use the border of the table cells to add or remove
the lines a necessary to get that tab feeling as you switch from view to
view...
