Table border won't show in Preview

[Worksmart]

I'm using FP 2002. I've put borders around a table. All show up fine on the
screen. When I preview or browser preview or publish, all but the right one
appears. Would like to know what would cause that. I've resized, changed the
thickness, etc., and nothing has worked.

I don't want to have to write code. Would like to be able to fix this in
design mode. Thanks.

Post a URL to the page online and identify which border is missing
PS
- most browsers will hide borders of empty cells
