Table & bottom margin problem

Hello.

I am using Word 2002. I have a complex table inherited from an earlier
version of Word. The table is required to fit one entire sheet of A4
(portrait) and to be as large as possible.

I am having problems getting the bottom border of the table to reach right
down to the lower margin. I can get it within about 0.5" of the margin, then
the last row moves onto a new page. I have looked in page/setup and margins
are set to minimum. What am I missing.

PS when I tried creating a completely new table in Word 2002 I had no
problem !

Few areas you should check:

1. font size may have changed when putting to a new
template
2. paragraph spacing between lines
3. the height of the rows
