Table contents to form

I have 250 employees that I construct time sheets for and I have an
employee data base. I need to take Name, SS#, phone # and team# and put
on their individual time sheet forms. I would like to change only the
employee data base and have it change their time sheet. Not the
foggiest how to start...

I think I'd create my time sheets in MSWord and use Word's mailmerge feature to
combine the excel database into the individual timesheets.

And if you've never used mailmerge in word with your data in excel, you'll want

The first is from David McRitchie and the second is by Beth Melton and Dave
Rado.

It would be like creating a form letter and then using your excel database to
generate lots (250) different letters.
