Table Destoyed

Hello there

I have business with access Application

My client came to me and said that the program stuck

When i checked it I found out that the ont of my table(ths useest one) lost
its primary key and 40 records filled by junk: # in all the fields (exept
the number fields)

Does someone knows what can be the reason for this?
