table disappears when reply

I have a small asp app that I wrote to send myself an email. In the email body, I have a html table.

I can review the email in outlook 2002 no problem. The table is there. However, when I click on reply or forward that same exact email, I lose the table. What happened? I don't have the table anymore. Is there some setting that I need to change in the asp or outlook?
