Table Field Name Creation

I have created tables for accepting Excel data to create
mpp files.
The format of the received files tends to change without
notice, and I would like to check the format before
undertaking the conversion process.
Can I create a xcel file by fieldname from the table/s I
have created?
What I want is essentially to be able to check the data
definition of the received file against my table. I can't
seem to be able to copy the field name to do so.

Yes, take a project file, from file menu select save as, then set the file
type to excel file and follow the steps to create a map. You can then use
that file in excel and when time comes to bring the data back simply use the
same map that you created.
