Table for shop scheduling

We are currently using Excel to keep a running schedule for our shop. We want
to use Access to allow more than one person to edit at a time. we are now use
columns for dates and rows for each person. Any suggestions on building a
table? Is there a template anywhere? (I have looked on the MS site). Thanks,

Well, you don't need to build a "table", you need to build a database, which
is a collection of related tables.

There are some templates that ship with Access that you might look into.
Also Google for items like "ms access hotel reservations" or "ms access
scheduling", or something like that. I don't know that there are any that
would address your specific need. I'm not aware of any site that provides
templates, either free or for a fee, for something like this. Scheduling can
be pretty complex in a relational database, depending on the specific needs.
