Table formating

Can you please suggest a way to color the borders and add shades in many
tables in one go? I am using Word 2007 and need to color my tables with the
same shade. My document has more than 250 tables and i need to color them
similarly. Can i set a default table shading in the heading row and in the
table rows? I dont want add macros. Is there and way that i can save the
default table style in the styles list?

You can create a Table Style and then apply that style to any table in your
document. Look up Table Styles in the Help to see how to do this. If you get
stuck, post back here.
