Table formatting problem

Hi there
Everytime I insert a new row in my table (within my
PowerPoint doc) it inserts a line with an arrow on the end
of it. I can not find an option anywhere to get rid of
the arrow and have it as a normal line. It is only in the
one document.
It's a line which is part of the table, not a normal
drawing line.
I would be grateful if anyone can assist.
