Table Formula

I am trying to create daily checklist and many of the cells require the same
information. I would like to set them to auto fill when I fill in the first
one, is this possible and if so how would I go about doing so? Thanks

This is very easy in Excel, not a feature in Word. If the repeated words are
one that will be used repeatedly every day, you could create AutoCorrect or
AutoText entries for them.

Thank you for the response Suzanne. These are actually run sheets for each
day so the dates obviously change. On the sheets there are numerous places
where we use the current days date so I was just trying to shorten the
process as we make these a week in advance. I thought maybe there would be a
way to say "if I place this here also put it here and here" So this is not
something I can accomplish in work?

See http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm, but you'd be a lot better
off using Excel.

OTOH, if by "current day's date" you really mean the *current* date, then
you could certainly use a DATE field, but this would work only if you print
the sheet on the day it's to be used. Excel's date AutoFill is still easier,
though.
