Table generating own fields and values?? Please help

I have a database that has worked without errror for 9
months. Now I have to babysit it day by day. It is placing
records in front of mine and each field contains ######'s
that no user entered. You can still enter data into it
thru a form but no reports work. They say could not
process command or argument. It happens once or twice a
day and the only thing that seems to help temporarily is
compact and repair along with deleting these bogus fields
from the table. Can anyone please tell me what may be
causing this?

It is possible that some data corruption has taken place. See if

helps you track it down.
