TABLE HEADING

M

Mary

I'm working in a table (4 columns) in Word and the text in
one column (the last one) is lengthy and going onto
another page. How do I put the table heading onto the
next page? If I do a copy and paste, it puts it on the
previous page (shows two headings). If I do a split
table, it splits it on the previous page?

Any help would be appreciated!

Select the first row of the table and click on Table | Heading Rows Repeat
(or just Table | Headings in earlier versions). Note that you will *not* see
the repeated heading row in Normal view.
