Sure. Use a Form or a Report. Lay out the textboxes wherever you like.

Tables are NOT designed for data display or printing; they're designed
for data storage. To display data, use a Form; to print data, use a
Report.

Hi rahmad,

Yes, use a continuous form with the form in "form view" so that you can
place the fields where you want them.

Thank's for the respon
But actually here is my problem.I'm creating a form and report with a chart.
The chart will display the data yearly. So,there will be 12 months or 12
records
will be displayed. And actuallly there still another field in each record (
about 12 fields
totally ).And I want to insert a subform under my chart that will look like
a datasheet
of the chart.That's way I asked .
Or Would somebody suggest me a better way to do that?.

Base your form or report on a crosstab query.

Use a Continuous Form or a listbox instead of a datasheet. Access
defaults to making subforms Datasheets, but you can change that
default.

Sorry for keep asking,
If I specified 'Month' as column heading of my crosstab query
and 'QtyIn','QtyOut',and 'Stock' as the row heading
which fields tha should be specified as a value.

Your help much appreciated.
