Table-like Outline and Collumm that sums prevous values up

Hello

The report I would like to have should be in a tabular form just like the doc
document I have attached.
However, until now I have not found out how to set the report into a tabular
outline. It is quite uncomfortable and time intensive to set up this report
by using lines and the different text fields. In addition, it will not look
any good at the end..

Also, I would need a columm that is able to sum up the values before. Just
like the "total" under each semester.

Are the issues solvable?

Without asking us to open a link, can you describe what you want in terms of
layout and summing?

I am sorry I found it rather confusing to explain but Ill try.

So basically the report should be in the outline of a transcript or table.
That means that I want it to look like a table with the different values in
the collumms and rows..
You know, that you have 4 columns for each semester and about 6 rows for the
different subjects.
In addition, a seventh row should add all the grades together and also
display it on the report..

Is that possible?

This sounds like a report based on a crosstab query. Your Column Headings
would be the semester, Row Headings the subjects, and the grade as the Value.

Check help or just use the query wizard to create your crosstab. If you have
other questions, please reply with SQL views, table structures and other
significant information.
