hi.!

when i use the enter key to move a table down, which is just below a
paragraph,
to make a blank line between the paragraph and the table,
the table suddenly goes to the next (2nd) page..!

how can i keep the table in the first page itself..?
any hlp..?

The apparent problem is that there isn't enough space for the table, so if
it doesn't fit, it doesn't fit :)

There are several things you can do which may provide the effect you want,
and if the document will not have to be revised by you or anyone else you
can pretty much hack & chop at will to get it done. The first is to reduce
one or more margins in order to allow for more content on the page.
Additionally, you can use a smaller font size, reduce the line spacing,
reduce the height of the table rows, as well as a few other improvisations
I'm not thinking of at the moment.

Another possible option -- and a recommended practice -- is to quit using
the return key to force spacing in the document. That's one of the worst
methods available. Instead, read up on Space Before & Space After paragraph
formatting in Word Help in order to more precisely control spacing issues.
Preferably include those settings in Styles to handle any formatting.
