Table Names not showing in Expression Builder

My table, form and report names are not showing in Expression Builder when I
try to build an expression in query or Form. The folders are there but
nothing happens when I click on it.

Well, that's not a problem I've ever seen (which might be useful to know?)

Are you double-clicking the folders? Do they have a cross on them, which
changes to a minus when you double-click? Has it been working before?

Which version of Access? Have you tried detect-and-repair from the Help
menu (or in A2007, Access Options/Resources?

Sorry I don't have anything more definite...

It's Office 2007 and it was working but now it is not. And when I double
click on it the cross does NOT turn into a minus.

All I can suggest is try the diagnostics. From the start button, pick
Access Options, then Resources, and click the Diagnose button. Are you
fully up-to-date with updates?

Dorsai,

I know this is going to sound silly BUT exactly, STEP by STEP what do you do
to get the expression builder? I would like to duplicate EXACTLY what you
do and see if I get the same behavior.
