Table of Authorities and PDF

When I print to PDF the table of authorities macros are visible.

{TA .... }

They are not visible on the screen. How do I get rid of them for
printing to submit to a court?

Press Alt+F9 or go to Tools, Options, View tab and uncheck Field Codes.

Field Codes was already unchecked. <ALT/F9> toggles the code on and
off on the screen but they still show up on the PDF file. On the
screen the document is 25 pages. On the PDF its 36.

TA fields are Hidden text. It would appear that you are not displaying
Hidden text but have it checked on the Print tab of Tools | Options.
