I am working on a brief, and following instructions in
the "Help" menu, I have marked each occurrence of each
citation listed in the body of the brief. However, when
I build my Table of Authorities, only the first
occurrence of the long citation is listed on its page,
and all subsequent occurrences of the citation are not
listed. Any suggestions? Thanks!
