Using Word 2002- Since the TOA coding FOLLOWS the cite, when the marked cite
wraps from the bottom of one page to the top of the next page, the page
number is wrong on the generated table of authority. I found that if I MOVE
the TOA coding to precede the cite, then the page numbering is correct. Do
you know of a way to globally have the TOA coding precede the cite? Thank
you.
