table of contents and Tables

I have a Table of Contents and I want to add a
List of Tables under that.

Everytime I try to insert another TOC, Word asks if I want to replace the
selected text and I do not. I want another table of contents. How do I get
2 table of contents???

Hi yepp

Click the ¶ button on the standard toolbar. You'll now see the ¶
end-of-paragraph sign. Make sure you allow one empty paragraph between
your existing TOC and where you want the second TOC.
