Table of contents error

Hi,

i have a table of contents as shown here:

TENDER 5
Appendix I: Surety's Consent VII-5
Appendix II: Form of Performance Bond II-5
Appendix III: Schedule of Prices III-5
III-1 System Price Summary III-5
III-2 NLH Pricing Forms III-5
III-2.a Base Price Sum III-5
III-2.b Hardware Prices III-5

Appendix I is page VII-5 but it should be I-5. In a
previous Appendix A(this one is B) it shows up the
desired way. Any ideas???
