Table of Contents in Document on a Website

In a Word document accessed on a website, I can click a TOC entry and be
taken to that place in the document, but I can’t toggle back to the TOC. I
tried Alt+left arrow, Shift+F5. I had also added the ‘Go to TOC’ button to
my toolbar in Word, but this functionality seems to disappear when the
document is placed on a website and people access it from there. I use
Internet Explorer 7 and it is set to open documents inside the browser. Any
suggestions? Thanks.
