Table of Contents in Word with C#

Hi There,

My application is developed in c#. It loops through a directory and inserts
files one by one using the selection.insertfile command. A few of the
documents has Headers 1 and 2 etc set up, so the table of contents does work.
What I need to do though, is insert the TOC after the first page when there
needs to be a cover sheet.

How do I go about doing this?
