Table of Contents - Word 2007

I am trying to create a custom TOC in Word 2007. It will be automatically
generating from my document using the heading styles (TOC Custom 1 and TOC
Custom 2) of each page:

Report Number: 08-0000001 Report Date: 01/01/2008 19:15

Synopsis
Fire apparatus comes in contact with overhead wires

The page number should be associated with the Report Number and Date. The
Synopsis information is additional information that I don't want a page
number listed. I have modified TOC1 and TOC2 but I can't seem to figure out
how to remove the page number from the second level. I don't want to have to
do it manually as this document is 800+ pages in length!

different ways to get a TOC to work for you, I believe figure 14 and beyond
could help you.
