Table of Contents

Is there any Visio functionality which permits creating a table of contents
page or a index page? I have a Visio file with over 30 pages to it and want
to be able to find any given page quickly

There is no TOC function available in Visio, but there is some sample code

We found that and it works great! Does anyone know how to have it add "Page
x of y" to the left of each page name entry?
