I am using Word 2000
I have a long document followed by a Table of Contents.

I am using styles for my Table of Contents. One of the

first word all capitalized and the 2nd word small letters:

Is the heading itself formatted as All Caps? This makes it difficult to see
what formatting underlies the capitals. If you have typed "VISION" using
CapsLock, this direct formatting will be reflected in the TOC. To correct
this, remove the All Caps property from this heading temporarily, type
"Vision Statement," and then reapply All Caps.
