The table of contents that I'm updating does not seem to reflect the actual
headings, so for example, I have:
TOC:
Heading 1 page 25
1.3.1 <Blank where Heading 1 should
be displayed> page 25
Link to Heading 1 does not work when doing Ctrl + Click; it works for 1.3.1,
which leads me to think that the headings are 'messed up' somehow. So far I
have tried updating the entire table and deleting/re-updating the table.
Document (pg 25):
1.3.1 Heading 1
I also have headings which are not being displayed within the TOC because
the TOC reads up to heading 3, whilst the document has further levels of
heading, up to heading 6.
How do I adjust the headings in the TOC?
When right clicking on the TOC and selecting Numbering, the option Change
List Level is disabled. Any ideas?
