Table of contents

Hi,there is a problem with numbering when i create a Table of contents
througn(Index and tables option from the Insert menu).After creating
the TOC ,and saving the document and closing it and opening the
document again,i notice that all the page numbers in the TOC has been
converted to zero.This problem appears even i after i do an update
field ,save it and open it .Any help in this regard would be
appreciated.Thanks.
