How do I make a table of contents in powerpoint 2004 for mac?

PowerPoint doesn't have a TOC feature... I remember that certain versions
provided for what was called a "Summary Slide" but 2004 isn't one of them.

One option is to select the content in the Outline Pane, Control/Right-Click
it & choose the Collapse command, then copy & paste to a Bulleted List
placeholder on a new slide. The titles of the slides will be in consecutive
order as bullet items but slide numbers won't be included.
