In Office 2003/2007 I can see "Print Preview" and a "Web Preview" and I can select the check box to "Use hyperlinks instead of page numbers". How can I do this function in MAC Office 2008?

Hi (Whomever) -

As for Print Preview, Word 2008 doesn't use it because print services are a
function of the OS & deemed redundant within the program. Just go to File>
Print & follow your nose to much better implementation. (This, BTW, is the
method prescribed by Apple - Word is just one of the first major apps to
comply.)

Web View [Web Layout View] does not exist in Word 2008 either - unlike their
consumer-whipped Windows counterparts, MacBU understands that Word is
**NOT** a web design program & doesn't try to juke anyone into thinking it
is:)

Finally, Mac Word automatically employs hyperlinks for TOC page #s. They can
be unlinked later if you wish.

If what you are trying to do is hide the page numbers, there's an option
for that in the Insert | Index and Tables dialog. As CyberTaz said, it
will use hyperlinks by default.
