Table of Figures and Table of Table

I inserted a Figure name using the Caption under the one figure I have in my
document. For some reason, when I try to insert my Table of Figures in the
front of the document (using Insert, Reference, Tables and Figures), I get an
error message which says, "Error! No table of figures entries found." I
don't know why my Figure 1 is not being recognized.

If the caption is inside a text box, then convert the text box to a frame.
