Table problem

In Word.X, recently updated to 10.1.5 Office update, I dont' seem to be able
to change the size of the table or change the size of cells within an
individual row. The table resize handle Square does not appear (in Normal,
Page view, or online views, the double headed arrow does not appear,
clicking on the table does not good.

Furthermore, I can't change the size of the cells or rows, because when I
indicate a different height, nothing changes.

Any solutions?

I suggest you ask this in a MAC newsgroup... Any word group without a mac in the
name is frequented primarily by WinWord people.
