Table Question

First off - let me say that I am so glad to have found this forum! I
have learned a ton from just the few minutes I have already read - so
thank you to everyone!

Ok - quick question - and sorry if it has already been asked - I did a
search, but couldn't find anything on it.

I know that the table functions within OneNote are pretty basic, but I
really want/need to be able to color the rows (alternating colors)
like you can do in Excel, and I haven't been able to find a way to do
this. I even have tried creating the table just like I want it in
Excel and then copying it over, but it loses its background color.
Does anyone know how to apply a background color to a row in a OneNote
table (even if it is a single row - like a header row)? Thanks in
advance for your help!

Oh - and one last thing - I did see a thread about printer drivers for
OneNote not being available in 64-bit versions of Windows (XP and
Vista) - has anyone heard anything about when they plan on fixing
this, if ever? Again, thanks!!!!

I can just confirm that you cannot change the background color of a table
cell.

Ok - thanks - a possible PowerToy idea?

Probably not, since that ability does not exist in the product. The ON API
can only manipulate data and formatting that is present in the parent
product.
