Hi,
I have Microsoft Office X, for System X on Macintosh. I'm a new MS Word
user, and there are a couple of things that would save me a lot of time if they
are doable:
(1) I have a file with many similar tables in it. I would like to change
the column widths of all the tables at once, if possible. Is this possible?
(2) Second, I have another file that contains a table per page, each with
5 columns and anywhere from 20 to 36 rows. I'd like to change it, so that each
new table has 10 columns, and every second row (in the former table) now
appears in columns 6-10, thus cutting the number of rows in half. Is there any
simple way to do this? I can cut and paste, but that would be quite time
consuming?
Thanks,
Joel
