Table relationships in datasheet view

I have a table that has the little +-sign (sub datasheet)next to its
records. In Relationships, there are no relations defined for that
table. There were some, but I deleted them in an attempt to remove the
relationship I could see in the table view.

The relation that is available in the table is incorrect, so I need to
get it removed. Any advice?

PS. Google groups have been "stuck" for a couple of days now. My ISP
(Time Warner aka RoadRunner) doesn't support newsgroups anymore. I
can't really justify/afford paying the $8 monthly fee for giganews or
one of the other newsgroup suppliers. Any alternative suggestions?

Open the table in design view.
Open the Properties sheet.
Set the Subdatasheet Name to: [None]

If you think Access is remembering things that no longer apply, you might
also like to turn off Name AutoCorrect. IMHO, it's worth doing that anyway:

How did you delete the relationship? It's NOT enough to delete the table icon:
you need to view all relationships, and then select the *join line* so that
the line itself is highlighted (dark). The Delete key will then remove the
relationship after a prompt.

You can use Windows Mail or Outlook Express or Agent or any other good
newsreader, and set the news server to msnews.microsoft.com. You don't need to
use Time Warner's dubious services. This only gets you the Microsoft tech
newsgroups, not the comp. or alt. or other big eight heirarchies, though.

Woot! Hey John! Thanks, I believe I'm getting this to work!

Waiting to see if this is going to work... :)
