Table Row Level Tracking

If we select a Table, right click, there is Archive, Hidden and Row Level
Tracking.

Please advise what does Row level tracking does, if I select that. What
effects does it put on the table. In what situation/requirement should we
select this.

Row level tracking is a setting for Replication. Select
Row level tracking for backward compatibility or if for
some other reason you don't want replication updates
tracked at the individual field level
