Table text properties.

DEAR ALL,
I have pasted a table contents from web site.But i am unable to scrool some
text for alignment from them
and quite facing difficulting in editing.I am using word 2007.I want to
delete the table
and contents remain same at their position.
Is there any alternative or option to do this?

Please assist ?

Have you tried using Convert Table to Text? Find the Command in the Data
group on the contextual Table Tools | Layout tab.
