Table with images

I want to scan in documents that pertain to each
customer. How can I create a table with the customer ID
field and a field that links to that customer's document
(The document is a scanned document so just a picture)?
Is this even possible to have a table where each row
represents a customer id and pictures? Any help will be
appreciated.
