Tables and drawing tools

One big downer in Onenote is that I can't insert tables or spreadsheets like
I can with Word. I also would like to be able to have similar drawing tools
available (ie, arrows, flow chart dialogue boxes, etc). The drawing canvas
Word uses is a great tool! A short-cut key for inserting bullets would also
be great instead of always having to drag your mouse up to the top of the
page to click the icon. Other than these, Onenote is an AWESOME program and
my wife and I both LOVE it!

Does Microsoft also plan on making a version available for the Mac?

Drawing tools and improved table support are very frequently requested here,
and MS product folks who are on the OneNote team do monitor this newsgroup.
I'd bet any amount of money that they're well aware of these two requests for
future versions ;)

There is however a shortcut of sorts to insert bullets and numbering. Use
the AutoCorrect feature to insert bullets by typing an asterisk at the
beginning of a line. OneNote will convert that line and all subsequent lines
to a bulleted list (this feature works the same in Word as well).

I'm signing the petition :D

For the bullets: I have all the Autonumbering etc. turned off, but Ctrl-.
(dot) does the trick for me with bullets...

Hope that works with you as well
