Tables and Forms in WORD 2003

Tom

I have created a table into which I have inserted form fields. When I
protect the document so that I can index from field to field, the box in the
table moves if I hit the Enter key. I would like to be able to "freeze" the
table so that it does not move if the Enter key is inadvertently pressed.
Just want to be able to go from form field to form field and fill out the
form. Any help is appreciated.

As Anne says, you can set the row to an exact height. This won't prevent
users from pressing Enter, but most will have sense enough to stop typing
when their text starts to disappear. The other alternative is to code the
Enter key to work the same as a Tab. See “WD: How to Code ENTER Key to Move
to Next Field in Formâ€
