Tables - are more needed

I have a table with the employees names and their workgroups
I have a table for entering questionnaire results

Later will be building statistical reports on the questionnaire results.
by employee and by workgroup, and by all.

Just wandering if I would need a seperate table that listed the names of the
workgroups, and relate it to the other tables, to be able to build the
required reports.

I'm thinking just by relating the employee table and the questionnaire
tables together should be sufficient, to enable me to build the necessary
reports. But thought I should check.

thanks

What happens when the employee changes work groups from one survey to
the next? You may wish to record the employee workgroup when the
results for that survey are entered in the survey "header" table.
