tables dont print straight

When printing a table in Word (Office 07) using compatability mode (word
97-03) the table doesnt print straight. Printer used is hp psc 1200 series

Are the page margins straight? If not, check your printer...

Word has no means of inserting tables on an angle - not even if you insert them into an angled shape.
