Tables - Heading Rows DON'T repeat

My multi-page document has tables with Heading Rows. On most tables these
rows repeat, however, on one of the tables the rows do not (there are no
forced page breaks). Can't figure out why. Any help would be much
appreciated. Can Email document as attachment for you to view. Thank you.

Make sure that 'Repeat as header row' is checked *only* for the header rows.
The usual problem is that you've accidentally set *all* rows to repeat (in
which case Word ignores the setting). Things can also go wrong if you've got
convoluted 'Keep with next' settings.
