Tables Macros and protection

Is it possible to disable the protection of a document for the purpose of using a macro. I have a table 5 x 5 containing text and forms and I am trying to create a macro that will insert the table including the text to a specific location. My knowledge of VB is limited but improving. Any help would be appreciated

If you assign the macro to the keyboard or to a macro button, you will be
able to run it while the document is protected. Depending upon what the
macro is actually doing, it may be necessary for it to include a command to
unprotect the document for its actions to be performed.
