Tables not showing in Database window

I have been useing a database for some time now and
suddenly it does now show the tables anymore. Even if I
create a new one it is not shown. They are obviously there
because the database still works but if I need to ammend
something I cannot get to the Table to do it. Any
suggestions.

Your tables may be marked as "hidden". Go to Tools | Options | General and
select Hidden Objects checkbox. See if the tables show up. Then right-click
on the table name and deselect "Hidden" checkbox for its Attributes.
