Tables & Queries on XP SP2

Dell Latitude D800 on WinXP SP2 running Image Accounting uses Access 2000
locally to connect to a Win2K server running SQL2000 has very slow
performance reading information tables or generating queries. Generic
workstation on XP SP2 with Image Accounting works without any performance
issuesl, any ideas?
